Change of company name to Ricoh Printing Systems
Singapore Pte. Ltd.
On October 1st 2004, Ricoh Company, Ltd. - Japan acquires
all the shares in Hitachi Printing Solutions, Ltd. (HPRS)
from Hitachi, Ltd.
HPRS company name is change to Ricoh Printing Systems, Ltd.
(RPS), a wholly owned subsidiary to Ricoh.
Being the subsidiary of HPRS, Hitachi Printing Solutions
Singapore Pte. Ltd. (HRPSS) would also change our company
name to Ricoh Printing Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd.
(RPSS) with effect from October 1st, 2004.
Our address, telephone and fax numbers remain unchanged.
